A THERAPIST FOR
ANXIOUS CHILDREN & TEENS
with a modern, relatable approach
You’ve read the parenting books, followed the advice, and even tried therapy—but nothing seems to stick.
Your child is anxious, overwhelmed, or shuts down easily, and you’re not sure how to help anymore.
Every day feels like a rollercoaster—meltdowns, mood swings, or silent withdrawal leave you feeling helpless
This is a space for you. A space for your child. It’s time for things to be different.
With years of experience working with children, teens, and families, I understand that every young person has unique strengths—even when they’re buried under anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional struggles.
Therapy isn’t just about managing symptoms; it’s about equipping your kid with lifelong tools to navigate stress, build confidence, and regulate emotions. In our work together, they’ll learn how to handle life’s ups and downs with greater self-assurance, while you gain support in helping them thrive at home!
I get it—sometimes, weekly therapy just isn’t enough! When a child/teen is struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, or self-doubt, they need more than quick check-ins. That’s why I offer intensives: extended, focused sessions where we can really dig deep and address the underlying issues head-on.
My approach isn’t about sitting in silence or feeling like you’re stuck in endless talk therapy—I keep things interactive, engaging, and tailored to what your child needs most!
I had anxiety as a child, and now I help other children build the confidence that took me way too long to discover. Basically, I’m the person I wish I had when I was younger, and I take my role as a role model seriously.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me running around after my two boys, getting lost in a good book, or researching my next vacation. I love traveling to new places, and mindlessly scrolling Pinterest.

Am I the right therapist for you?
-
Families who want a therapist who’s warm but honest—someone who will tell it like it is while still being kind and supportive.
Parents who are ready for a plan, not just vent sessions—who want to understand what’s going on and what to do about it.
Teens who are tired of surface-level conversations and are ready to dig into what’s really bothering them, with someone who gets it.
-
Individuals looking for a space to vent week after week without working toward change.
Clients who prefer a passive therapist over someone who is direct, active, and solutions-focused.
Families who aren’t ready to explore root causes, challenge unhelpful patterns, or try structured tools and strategies.
-
Intensives allow us to get to the heart of the issue faster—without losing momentum between sessions. Weekly therapy can sometimes feel like starting over each time, especially for teens who take a while to open up. Intensives give us the time and space to make real progress in a shorter amount of time.
Things don’t have to stay stuck. With the right support, your child can feel more confident, more connected, and more in control of their emotions—and you can finally breathe again.
Let’s work together.
